E-commerce Marketplace Integration

Integration that sells a company's local-system stock on online marketplaces (2018).

Problem and purpose

A company kept its stock and sales in local accounting systems (Logo, Netsis) and needed to sell on online marketplaces without the two drifting apart.

My role and responsibility

I built the integration between the local accounting systems and the online marketplaces.

Architecture and key decisions

• Data transferred from the local accounting systems to the marketplace channels
• Stock and sales synced so online listings stay aligned with business records
• The same consistency problem I later solved at scale at WorqCompany

PHP, MSSQL, Windows Server 2016; Logo and Netsis accounting systems.
