Teams needed one place to handle consent and the sending of commercial SMS, calls and email across channels.

I built the web app: the consent management and the sending of commercial messages.

Architecture and key decisions

• Consent-first design: SMS, call and email permissions are managed before anything is sent
• Python microservices handle delivery behind a Laravel and MongoDB core
• Cron runs the scheduled work
